CUSTOM DESIGNS ARE OUR SPECIALTY!

ORDER YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN IN THREE EASY STEPS:

We will personally prepare an order form with the information you provide and then send it to you for your review. Once you have approved the initial custom design order, simply return the signed form along with the non-refundable design fee. The design fee is required prior to beginning the design process.

We will then prepare a design proposal for your bench (composed of one or more designs) and mail that to you. This will also include color samples and a customized bronze plaque design (if desired) . When you have selected the design and color(s) of your choice simply sign and return the form along with payment in full. Upon receipt of collected funds (personal checks take up to two weeks to clear the banking system), we will begin fabrication of your custom bench.

Hint: Sending payment in the form of a bank cashier’s check or by ACH (Automated Clearing House) - a simple method by which funds are transferred from your bank to ours - allows us to begin fabrication immediately. Sorry, we do not accept credit card payments at this time.

We reserve the right to refuse any design which we feel is not compatible with our company policies or design philosophy. Upon making such determination, and unless you and we agree on another design, we will refund your design fee in full.

Some photos, graphics and other materials found on stationery, or in a brochure or advertisement may potentially be copyrighted. If this is the case, we must honor those copyrights and will require you to obtain written permission of the copyright owner to use the material in your bench design.

STEP ONE: Choosing your design SUBJECTS

MEMORIAL AND RESIDENTIAL DESIGNS—

We can custom design benches – including those for a memorial purpose – to be placed at your home, office, business or favorite charity. The subject for the design of the back of your bench is really unlimited. Often what you want to use is found in a family photograph or other existing material. Let your imagination lead you where it will! Here are some suggestions:

We can custom design benches – including those for a memorial purpose – to be placed at your business, city, school, golf course, health care facility or other commercial or charitable entity. Many of these designs feature your entity’s name and/or any logo or mascot that is customarily associated with your entity. Other design features can also be included such as any one or more of the following:

STEP TWO: Choosing your COLOR(S)

We have a wide variety of colors from which to choose. Special custom and RAL colors are available upon request. Your bench will be powder coated in one color, along with a second contrasting color on a steel back plate that is placed behind the design on the back of your bench. In some cases, we can add a third color by adding another thin steel plate between the back and the back plate that has the second color on it. This enables your bench to be prepared using your college, university, school, business or other desired colors.

STEP THREE: Choosing what you want to say on a BRONZE PLAQUE

We can design a personalized custom bronze plaque if you would like your bench to be the place to memorialize someone or to recognize a person, business or other organization or program.
